Manager, Digital Content (July 2023 – Present)
Coordinator, Digital Content (January 2022 – July 2023)
As Digital Content Manager at USA Hockey, I lead the strategy, production, and distribution of engaging photo, video, and graphic content across all digital platforms. I oversee the digital content team responsible for day-to-day creative output, as well as manage on-site content staff at marquee USA Hockey and Team USA events. I serve as the primary liaison for internal departments to fulfill content needs and work closely with our sponsorship team to deliver partner assets that align with our brand voice and standards. I also analyze digital performance metrics to inform content strategy, manage the annual content budget, and guide long-term planning. Event coverage highlights include serving as the content lead at the NHL 4 Nations Face-Off and multiple IIHF World Championships for the U.S. Men’s National, National Junior, Women’s National, and Under-18 Women’s National Teams. Also:
Elevated Team USA’s content coverage at international events by following social trends, incorporating more video-based content, and refining the brand’s graphics packages with a cleaner look and feel, including motion graphics. Result: A 11.04% increase in impressions; 21.6% increase in engagements; and 49.57% increase in audience growth since the 2021-22 season.
Led the transitions for USA Hockey’s season brand image for the 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 seasons, taking inspiration from other teams in the NHL and internationally. Result: A 500,000+ follower increase across social platforms and a 21.6% increase in engagements since the 2021-22 season.
Led USA Hockey’s launch of TikTok and its subsequent platform strategy.

Manager, Marketing (August 2020 – December 2021)
As Marketing Manager, I oversaw all marketing staff and activities including: conceptualization of social media, digital media, and sales strategies/campaigns; building relationships with clients, fans, and influencers through in-person and digital communications; oversight of the marketing budget; management of schedules, travel, and operational activities for everyone in my department; and bridging communications between marketing and all other departments’ managers. Also:
Relaunched the company’s parent brand of Sports VTS and fabricated two secondary brands, MMQB (Monday Morning Quarterback) and QB SIM (Quarterback Simulator), from start to finish. Result: The fabrication of two separate brands allowed the company to effectively develop strategies for its targeted audiences to foster understanding and increase engagement.
-
Lead Intern, Marketing (June 2017 – March 2020)
Oversaw all interns before and during home hockey, football, and basketball games; created intern schedules and gameday rundowns; managed all social media platforms for @AF_HKY; and handled gameday social media for @AF_Football. Also:
Ran social media analytics across three platforms for Air Force Athletics' Big 5 teams. Result: The information provided aided the marketing department and me in conducting social media audits, which helped identify future marketing and promotional activities.
